They are made of snakes, snails and puppy dog tails.
Actually, you wish. They are made of all normally unusable soft non-skeletal chicken parts which usually end up in dog food. Stuff like lungs, testicles, uterus, anus, pancreas, eyes, gizzard, brain, "the lips and assholes of chickens" if you will.
The outside of the nugget is batter - made of flour, breadcrumbs, etc. The inside is made of ? - do you really want to know?
