You can it's just hard to do. You can force it but to do it naturally is quit rare. Keep at it and you'll weaken your sphincters and have problems with digestion later in life.

I heard that if you try to do too many things at once, like burp, fart, sneeze, talk etc. at the same time, your brain overloads and you die.
