Any good finger foods for a 6 yr olds party??
Got chicken dippers, mini pizzas, mini pastys, sandwiches, cakes, tarts and veggie sticks on the list so far. Now i've gone blank.

Your list sounds pretty perfect.
I always use cookie cutters to cut up the sandwiches - star, teddy bear that sort of thing. The kids really love it, and it's a great way of encouraging them to eat the "boring" things. Looks lovely on the plates too.

Oh - and I also do individual jellies with little sweets like dolly mixture in the bottom. Not that healthy, but very popular.

Sounds like plenty to me, you could try cutting sandwiches into diff shapes or rolling them if you want it to look like more variety, bread sticks maybe could be added, cheese and pineapple on sticks if you wanna go a bit retro, crisps, soft fruit, strawberries or cherries maybe. My mom always served "piggy's in a blanket". They were little hot dogs (which can be replaced with turkey dogs) wrapped up with cheese I'm not sure how she made the crust so you will have to find the recipe. She baked them and served them like finger foods and the usually went pretty fast.

You can NEVER buy too many chicken nuggest for a kids party (esp if im there). Party rings, GOOD CALL whoever said that one.
You can get all sorts now, what about some of those cool looking mini burgers or hot dogs, those little cocktail sausages, chop up some cheese (edam/red leic/mild cheddar) into cubes or other interesting shapes if you have time.
Cadburies fingers are great to arrange for afters =) but jelly/cakes a plenty and a whole bunch of monster munches. :D

Babycattos : =) cool, pigs in blankets in our family were coctail sausages (roasted) with bacon wrapped round - like traditional xmas turkey side. But the cheese onese sound great too..

Pinwheel sandwiches: take all the crusts of a loaf of bread (works best with a sandwich loaf: ie. very rectangular). Then take long slices horizontally across the top of the loaf. Spread with preferred filling (something dark works best - Marmite, strawberry jam, chocolate spread etc). Roll up length ways (like a swiss roll) and cut into little rolled up sandwiches. Always goes down well.
My kids love falafel as well.
At the last party we had (a four year old one) the first thing we did was ice and decorate their own little bun. We put out jelly sweets, hundreds and thousands, raisins etc. and a bowl of plain glace icing (seived icing sugar and a little water to make a spreadable paste). Again, very successful.
I know you have already mentioned veggie sticks but get those shaped cutters, eg. animals, clowns, teletubbies etc and use them on fruits and veg. that can be cut. The youngsters will enjoy eating them perhaps without realizing they are eating all the stuff they say they don't like whilst you are putting vitamins into them.

PIG IN A BLANKET SNACKS (1/2 of a hot dog wrapped w/ a biscuit). My mom always made these & now I make them for my kids. I just get a pack of hot dogs (8 hot dogs make 16 pig in the blanket snacks) and 2 cans of Pillsbury biscuits the regular size not the grands size. I just cut the hot dogs in 1/2 & wrap each in a biscuit & place on a baking sheet according to the biscuit directions. They taste great & kids love them! Hope this helps.

Fondue, might be nice unfortunatly this is the only recipe I have on me at this time,I've also included some webbys for disneyland theme park recipies, another idea is to get some cookie cutters like dinosoures, and cartoon charactors,stars , heart shapes and cut out peanut butter and jelly sandwiches etc... hope these ideas and webbys help.

Splash of Nocello

Place 1 pound of chocolate in its own fondue pot. Turn the pot setting to medium or 5. In a saucepan, heat the cream. When the cream comes to a simmer, remove from the heat and pour 1/3 over each pot of chocolate. Whisk each pot until smooth. Splash a different liquor into each pot and whisk until smooth. Serve the fondues with the various garnishes.

Godiva Bittersweet Chocolate Soufflé with White Chocolate Whipped Cream Recipes
White chocolate whipped cream:
1 ounce white chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bittersweet chocolate souffles:
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 large egg yolks
1/4 cup warm water
5 large egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Garnish:
1 pint peppermint ice cream
Make the white chocolate whipped cream:
Place white chocolate in a small microwave-safe cup. Microwave at medium (50%) for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
In a chilled medium bowl, using a hand-held electric mixer set at medium speed, beat the cream with the vanilla just until soft mounds begin to form. Stir a few tablespoons of the cream into the white chocolate to lighten it. Reduce to low speed and beat the white chocolate into the whipped cream. Continue to beat until soft peaks form. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make the souffles:
Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 425°F. Butter and sugar six 6-ounce individual souffle dishes and refrigerate until ready to use.
Place dark chocolate and butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
Beat egg yolks and warm water in bowl with electric mixer at high speed until doubled in volume. Fold in chocolate mixture.
Beat egg whites and cream of tarter in a large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating on high speed until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
Fold chocolate mixture into egg white mixture in 3 additions. Do not over-mix. Divide mixture evenly among prepared dishes.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until puffed. Immediately place a scoop of peppermint ice cream in the center of each souffle. The ice cream will sink into the souffle. Top with a dollop of White Chocolate Whipped Cream and serve immediately.
