Where can I buy a giant bag of already popped popcorn in Westchester, outside of NYC?!
I need it for a school carnival to repackage in individual bags and sell to 30-50 people

check your local grocery stores, they sometimes have bags like that, you'd probably need a few. if they dont have, they might have a suggestion to where you could find them. that or pop it yourself, if you get a popcorn machine and a big bag of kernels. like you dont need a giant machine, but even a smaller one you can do some before it starts and during. you can also then get the smell of fresh popcorn, which im sure will help sell
