Where is a good 21st birthday party venue in Liverpool, Merseyside?!

I'm looking for a function room for my 21st birthday party in March. It preferably need to be situated between Litherland and Liverpool City Centre, keeping within the areas of such places like Orrell Park, Walton, Bootle, Anfield, etc. It would be good to find a venue that is free and has a late bar, with a goodly sized dance floor. I would also like it if the area isn't rough, and the venue is nice. I've tried searching myself but can't find a place i'd like. Help please...
