Main: Oven roasted salmon with lemon juice and black pepper, served with lemon and corainder cous cous and oven roasted vegetables
Dessert: Homemade banana ice cream, with hot toffee sauce and white and milk chocolate chips
and if possible, cheese and biscuits after that, lol. for a drink, i'd have to have either a white hot chocolate if it were winter, or a fanta fruit twist if it were summer :-D
