making my childs birthday cake, need help!?!
okay, it's my sons birthday next week and i have to make a cake for 20 plus people.
I need a recipe for the cake, and the buttercream, and even the fondant. It has to be a recipe everyone will enjoy (it will be a 2 tier cake) and i dont mind if its ambitions- I am a culinary students. Anyways the help would be great! Thanks!

go to www.wilton.com - they have ideas out the wazoo and tons of recipes. With a two -tier you can even do one traditional chocolate or vanilla and the other a little more adventurous like chocolate peanut butter or some other amazing combination. Whatever you make will be eaten and anyone who doesn't like it needs to say nothing... you're doing the work so make what you enjoy!
