you might get diabetes if you do it all the time

I certainly don't think it's bad for you. But if you like Dr. Pepper, there is a bottling plant in Dublin, Texas that uses real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. I can tell you, for sure, you can taste the difference and it's really really good. I even knew an elderly lady in Dallas who drank hot Dr Pepper whenever she got a cold. Don't know if it really did her cold any good, but she swore by it.

No, a 24 oz bottle has around 76 grams of carbs and sugars. Drinking one or more daily could lead to possible kidney stones and diabeties, the risk is high. I would drink diet, it is 100x better for you. Also, drinking a lot of water helps a lot if you can learn to like it. But no, it is very unhealthy.

lol it doesnt work like that. it is not 1 can = good 2 cans = bad. it is just the more you drink the worse... they say coke and dr.pepper r one of the worst things to drink. i just cant get enough.. they r both my favorite. just make sure you drink a lot of water to make up for it.

soda expands your stomach and eventually amkes you gain weight

Caffeine is addicting and soda is full of bad carbs and sugar...so no, it isn't healthy for you.
