How do i "hint" i want a surprise party?!

tell them that you'll probably have another lonely or boring birthday, then you won't know what surprise will hit you, if they will make your birthday a blast or don't care at all (it will surprise you for sure of what kind of friends you have, the best.)

If the people you're mentioning love to make you do things you don't like, then start mentioning how you dislike surprise parties. Maybe they might throw you one because they think you'll hate it...I have some friends who do stuff like that.

OR

you could start mentioning how much you love surprise parties to someone you know who LOVES doing these things; like organizing reunions, parties and etc.

One of these ideas is SURE to get you a surprise party. = )

go to your best friend and bring up parties.. causally talk about surprise parties. say u've never had one and that you think you wont ever get one, then laugh and talk about something else. your friend will prolly remember

i agree with AgathaC....however, if the hints don't work, just be happy and enjoy your occasion = )
