chinese new year party...30 teenagers... help please!?!

ive asked this question before but just asking again for more ideas.
i have 30 teenagers coming to a chinese new year/birthday party. (my daughters 14th birthday same day as chinese new year starts) obviously i cant treat them all to a chinese from the local takeaway as it will be too expensive so i have to do the party buffet style. can anyone please advise on any buffet dishes i could do cold?
i know rice/fortune cookies e.t.c. but what else?
also any ideas on games or entertainment suitable for fourteen year old teenagers and a recipe for a non alcoholic punch would be great!!! a lot to ask i know but im getting desperate ,my daughter has been very ill the past two years so has not been able to celebrate her birthday so i want it to be special for her. but the budget is tight and this party is getting larger by the minute!

maybe try ordering some different things if there are any boys coming get a football im just giving ideas i don't know much since im 10 but im sure everything will work out awesomely great! :)
