i am having a sweet sixteen party and i wanted it kinda clubish but i didnt know how i would tell people to dress for it or how to dress. my colors are lime green purple and pink

You could call it a Flashy, Fun night for a Fantastic teen, and ask people to dress for dance and fun, or semi-casual.
