I actually researched these on the internet. I hope these ideas may help you!

Decorations:
-Giant M&M's: Use red, yellow, and blue paper plates as giant hanging m&m's. Get a colorful paper plate and write in big, bold letters M for m&ms. Then put a hole punch and attach a paperclip and string and tape it to the ceiling.
-Candy Canes: Hang a bunch of candy canes all over you house or area where the party is going to be.
-Also you should put bowls and bowls of candy everywhere so when any of your friends get hungry they can just get and eat a piece of candy.
-Gumdrop Entrance:Make rows of gumdrops at the entrance of the party to make a yummier entrance!
-Another good decoration would be gumball machines.
-Giant Candies:Blow up colorful balloons to make them look likr giant floating candies!
-Lollipop Banquets:Put suckers, lollipops, or dum-dums in a cute and colorful vase for a cute centerpiece or decoration!

Activities and Games:
-Of course a Pinata! Put tons and tons of candy in it!
-Make ice cream sundaes with sprinkles and of course, candy!
-Marshmellow Igloos:Split into 2 teams and build igloos with marshmellows and hot glue. Whichever team builds the best igloo, each member gets a special surprise!
-Make picture frames! You can buy inexpensive picture frames at the Dollar Store or at Target. Each girl gets a picure frame and on the border of the picture frame they hot glue peppermints or other candy on it. When they are done they can each take it home and put their favorite picture in it!
-Guess How Many Gumdrops Are in The Jar: Whichever person guesses the closest amount of gumdrops that are in the jar wins and takes home the gumdrops and the jar!
-Make candy kebobs: Put different types of your favorite candy on a kebob stick and enjoy!
-Eat fondue and strawberries.
-This one is kind of messy.Make sure they tie their hair up and be prepared with a wet washcloth to wipe their faces. Get a medium size bowl and at the bottom put 30 gummiworms. Then fill the bowl up with whipped cream.Whoever gets and eats the gummiworms using their face and not their hands in 30 seconds wins the game!

That is everything that I found! I hope it helps! :)

Google

Watch Katy Perry's video, "California Gurls."
It's a candy wonderland. It will definitely inspire you!

Also, you can get cheap bowls and candy dishes (glass) from the dollar store. Have different candies in them and have them located all over the party area. Or you can designate one huge table all to the candies.
Sounds like a "sweet" time!!!!!

Candy party? Sounds soo cool great idea !
I'd start with the decorations, so heres what i would get/make:
- You have to partially make this one, buy a disco ball at the doller store or walmart (etc.) and glue candy on it! It would look really cool
- Streamers! Or those things where you make chains that are circles out of paper. Make the colours white and red because they are candy cane colours
Anything else that looks like candy!

Next is activity's :
- a candy scuplting contest! well I dont know if thats a great way to word it but you could tell people to make a certain shape out of candies
- candy MAKING! they'll love this, at Mastermind you can buy candy making kids or you can simply find recepies on the internet
- make cotton candy
- paint nails , red and white stripes?

Hope I help!

I'm 13 :)

for homecoming our theme was candy-land...

Floating Candies: Fill some color-full balloons with helium and wrap them with cellophane

Giant Cupcakes: Get an old lamp shade (one that resembles cupcake liners) and hot glue a pool noodle to the inside so it sticks out, then a use a few wooden kabob skewers to attach more to the top to form the swirling icing and place a red balloon on top for the cherry. using the hot glue gun place some drops around the frosting and paint to creat sprinkles

color-full grass: shred a lot of colorfull paper and throw it on the floor

Giant gingerbread man: buy an insulation sheet at a home depot or similar store and some brown paint, use a box cutter to cut a ginger bread man out of the sheet then paint it brown (we used our hands to paint, its more fun)

We were on a very tight budget

We won first place three years in a row (sophomore-senior) in homecoming hall decorating contest
