well since ur party is gonna be for all girls and its at the end of the school year u can have ur party at a beach waterpark and u can have snacks music and lots of fun good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Glow in the Dark/Neon - Get black lights, glow sticks, have your friends wear neon clothes...
Bling Bling - Make jewelry! Decorate with lots of rhinestones. Good if your having only close friends.
Lights! Camera! Action! - Get out your video camera and make parodies of movies and TV shows (Jersey Shore, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Dora the Explorer)
Mystic/Future - Have fortune cookies, dress up like a fortune teller, horoscopes...
Murder Mystery - Buy a Murder Mystery game...
Shop Til You Drop - Go to the mall, do a mall scavenger hunt...
Red Carpet - Buy a cheap red carpet, dress up nice, take lots of pictures and watch a movie.

You could have a hawaiian themed party, or a spa themed one! Or a movie night! You obviously know what to do for movie night and spa, but for hawaiian themed you could have tiki torches and all sorts of stuff!
