If you want the effect of piping mousse from a pastry bag, but don't own a bag, you can make one. Just use a gallon-sized Ziploc or similar plastic bag. Fill about one-third of the bag with mousse. Twist the bag to force the mousse into one corner and cut the tip off the corner of the bag.

Or, you can make these chocolate cups and spoon the mousse into them:

Chocolate Cups

12 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped

Line 10 muffin cups with paper liners. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Spoon 1 tablespoon melted chocolate into each paper liner. Using pastry brush, brush chocolate over bottom and up sides of liners to coat evenly. Freeze until chocolate firms, about 30 minutes

Remelt chocolate; add 1 tablespoon to each cup and brush over bottom and up sides, forming second coat. Freeze until completely set, about 1 hour. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; keep frozen.)

When ready fill, peel paper liner from each chocolate cup. Spoon mousse into cups. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut, candied orange peel, whatever you fancy.

I've piled it in a wine glass or other fancy glass and then added a dallop of fresh whipped cream. Delicious!

get some crunchy chocolate cookies & crush them up & put them in the bottom of some custard cups & press them down. scoop spoonfulls of the mousse on top of the cookie crust & then spoon some whipped cream on top & place a strawberry on top of that. it's a nice way to serve it so that you get more than one flavor.
