What are some tremendously easy and cheap appetizers? Hosting a small candle party and very low on funds?!

well i guess you could combine the two and have my personal favarout, garlic mushrooms (which are really easy and quick to make, or cheap to buy) with a garlic or mayo dip. :)

Bag of Shrimp and cocktail sauce isn't too expensive.
