Catering price- buffet style?!

Question: Catering price- buffet style?
I'm having a wedding in April. There will be a kitchen provided for the cater. I already have my menu planned out: chicken parmesean, prime rib, chicken wingettes, fried and baked with hot sauce, macarroni and cheese, collard greens, potatoe salad, pasta salad, fruit salad, and just regular house salad with dressings. I would also like a baked potatoe bar consisting sour cream, shredded cheese, and bacon bits, for dessert I would like maybe some cheesecake, banna pudding and some type of choclate cake. How much would that run for? There will be 40 people there and I want a buffet style!

There are so many factors here that no one can answer this for you. Sorry.

The previous person is right. It depends on where you live. I live in Austin, TX. I got an amazing deal from a local caterer, for my wedding, last November. We got married the week before Thanksgiving and we had a buffet style with Turkey and all of the trimmings and Prime Rib. Both the prime rib and turkey had their own carving stations. They supplied the glass plates and silverware. They also supplied water and iced tea. They charged me $18/per person. They also provided their own staff to service the food, deliver and clean up.
