Nicer Sushi bars will carry Torro which is Fatty Tuna. Really good stuff and you pay more for it. Ahi is great... unfortunately you can only get it fresh one place in the world, Hawaii. I went fishing for Ahi... we ate tons of it raw, grilled, marinaded... it was great. If you buy Ahi anywhere else it has been frozen, it can still be good but it tends to fall apart when thawing. Bluefin or Yellowfin are also good, both found in the Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for a canned tuna. Solid Albacore is the highest grade, followed by Chunk albacore. Bumble Bee Albacore is good, but if you looked at a larger grocery store you can find the Italian style canned "Tonno". This makes a much better sandwhich.
