Perhaps whatever room you end up using, turn off/dim the lights, get some strobe lights or black lights,( which most white clothing will glow under), dance music, streamers maybe
have strobe lights, have a "bar" that serves "alchohol" (acctually juice/soda) and also have a large space for dancing. have a dj or someone announcing the music or running it.
