the answer to that would depend on the ant...in Australia there's a honey ant which you can eat their back end and it's just honey...there's also somewhere a green ant that is ment to taste citrisy...personally I'm not much of a ant-eater...

Nothing at all. My friend and I used to bet on who could eat the most ants. However, I'm just talking about normal house ants or carpenter ants, anything in that size. But, they do it on Fear Factor all the time, so it cant be that bad.
