How much food will I need for my sweet 16?!

Question: How much food will I need for my sweet 16?
so im having my sweet 16 party in a little over a month and need to figure out how much food i need of the different things i thought of. im expecting around 100 people, maybe more if all goes well and these are the ideas i have for food: cupcakes, cookies, chips (and dip), pretzels and punch/soda.

i just need ideas of how much of each i should get and what kinds of cupcakes, cookies and chips i could get!! thanksss(:

Answers:

Cupcakes- I would say get around 150 maybe a little less. I am guessing most people will eat one, but if some eat 2 then you want to be prepared. Better have leftovers than to run out! I would just get chocolate & vanilla because that is all most people like. You could order it from a local bakery.

Cookies- Depending on the size of the cookie I would say 200-300. It would be a cute idea to get a ton of different flavors of sample sized cookies and let people have one of each. I think that would be fun(:

Chips- So let's say there are 10 servings of chips in a bag. I would get like 20 bags? Maybe more than less, like the cupcakes because if you are just serving snacks people will tend to eat more.

I would suggest serving pizza also because its cheap and easy. People will be hungry and who doesn't like pizza? (:

Hope this helped!

You'll need about 9 dozen cupcakes. Make or buy different types, vanilla, chocolate, etc.

Buy a lot of bags of chips and pretzles. Have them in bowls throughout your house.

If you are serving pizza, figure on 2 pieces per person. That's 200 pieces, or about 25 pies.

You need to serve more than just sugar. None of what you listed is "food".
