My mother is gonna be sworn in as a US Citizen in 2 weeks. I am gonna throw her a little party. I am gonna buy some party stuff that i saw at The Dollar Store. I'm gonna get some Red, White, & Blue star balloons. I am gonna get some paper plates with American flag designs on them. I found a gift bag with American stars & stripes on it too. And the cake is gonna have a USA flag on it too. I would like to know a few more ideas for US Citizenship party. I am on a budget so nothing too big!!!

What should i give her as a gift and what food could i cook that is American?

You could make a sheet cake and then decorate the top as an American Flag with strawberries, blueberries and white icing.

Well maybe you can make fake constitutions and use them as decorations?
For food chicago dogs, new york pizza, southern biscuits and gravy, get it? Kind of like foods that are typical of American states! For dessert CHEESECAKE! And maybe as a present a small cheap American Flag necklace, they are cute and they sell them everywhere:)

Hamburgers and hot dogs and french fries.

Or American fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes or potato salad, coleslaw, apple pie.

Mac and cheese.
