I find, specifically for baking, that chocolate should have at a minimum 60% cacao content and that is what I look for in all my baking recipes.

Otherwise, for pure chocolate indulgence try Amedei. Expensive, but the best (in my opinion).

I love Lindor's milk chocolate and white chocolate truffles. But because I'm diabetic I usually have Russell Stover's (sugar free) or Whitman's Sampler(sugar free).
