What is some good foods to serve at my 10 year old sisters birthday party?!

Well, a couple things come to mind...how about setting up a taco bar? You can lay out flour tortillas and get corn chips, and have everything else ready to go...ground beef, cheese dip, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, re fried beans, whatever you know your sister likes on her tacos. There's a very easy recipe for the cheese dip. Buy a big block of Velveeta cheese and two cans of Rotel. Rotel is a name brand. But Walmart also has their own brand. It's canned tomatoes with green chilies. Just chop up the Velveeta into a large microwave dish and add in the cans of of tomatoes with green chilies and microwave it 3-4 minutes at a time being careful that it does not spill over, until it's melted. This is soooo yummy! We always serve this when we make tacos. If you do this, you can go with a Mexican theme and serve the corn chips in a sombrero and have a pinata full of candies and trinkets as one of their activities
Another thing you can do is make a sub/sandwich bar with meats and cheeses. Of course, then you get to serve up a lot of dips to go with the chips. Dips are wonderful and easy to make if you don't want to buy them.
Why not ask your sis what she'd like? Depending on how many people are invited, you could also have them make their own pizzas using English muffins. Just use flavored tomato sauce and buy the cheese already shredded and the peperoni already sliced. In order to remember whose pizza is whose, just make a chart of the pizza pan and write in the names according to the placement of the pizzas.
That's enough for you to think about! Whatever you decide, I am sure your sister will love her party and her party foods. I'd go for the taco bar myself, but then tacos are my favorite food!
Happy Birthday to your sis!
