11 birthday party ideas for girls...?!

Question: 11 birthday party ideas for girls...?
I'm hosting my daughters 11th birthday party at my house in April, and I'm trying to stay ahead of the game. Also, my daughter is inviting 3 other girls, so counting her that's four kids. I only really want to spend $25 per child. She wants to have a theme and a sleepover, but she can't really think of any themes that aren't a bit cheesey, even for her.
One of the girls is a bit shy, so we would prefer not to have any video tapes of them being a bit silly, and if so, the parents can't be in the room watching and supervising.
Dresses and skirts are a definite "NO!", because most of the guests (counting the b-day girl herself) feel perfectly comfortable in a t-shirt and jeans.
It shouldn't really be a sleep outside party or anything too dirty, because the birthday girl is a bit squeamish when it comes to bugs and stuff like that. THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!!

P.S. One of the girl positively hates pink and is allergic to chocolate.

One of my daughters did a Pajama Party for her 11th birthday. We had everyone come in their pajamas, robes, and fuzzy slippers! The girls ate pizza, and we had lots of snacks out like popcorn, goldfish, pretzels, chips, cookies, grapes, etc. We also had some juice and water out in coolers for drinks. Since it was a sleepover, everyone arrived at around 5:30ish.

I purchased some shirts from a craft store and some fabric paint in the squeezable bottles, as well as some glitter and fabric scissors beforehand. The girls just decorated shirts for an activity; it was a lot of fun! Since your party is a sleepover, you can do this with pillow cases to go with the pajama/sleepover theme, however, we did not. Another crafty idea is to make little string keychains for their sleeping bag zippers. I just purchased some keychain rings and a bead set that came with different beads and string at a craft store. The girls just tied on the string to the keychains and strung their favorite beads onto the string.

Another thing we did at my daughter's birthday was decorate cookies. I just made some sugar cookies beforehand, and bought different colored frosting, icing, and sprinkle, and the girls decorated. We had these for dessert along with cake from a nearby bakery, and some vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.

The girls then did magazine scavenger hunts. They split into two teams and each got a stack of about 10 old magazines of the magazines they read (American Girl, Discovery Girl, Girls Life, etc.). I had looked through the magazines with my older daughter and together we had come up with 2 different scavenger hunts for the two teams that went along with the magazines. For example: Find a red high heel, find a picture of Hannah Montana, find the word "beautiful", cut out a picture of a heart, etc. I had space on the scavenger hunt list for them to glue the pictures and words on the magazine, and there was a time limit of 15 minutes. For a prize I put together a small bag of a necklace and bracelet from Claire's, and some lip gloss and a mini hand sanitizer from Bath & Body Works.

The girls then watched some movies. Chick flicks are always fun at sleepovers, but a lot of them are not appropriate for 11 year olds (At least that's what I think). I tried to find PG rated ones. I can't remember what the girls watched because it was at least 4 years back, but they might have watched Aquamarine and Bratz. Penelope is also a very cute movie, and a little more recent!

I hit the sack at around 12, but the girls stayed up until 2, I think. They just talked and probably ate a midnight snack and paitned their nails. They were very loud, so I had to keep telling them to quiet down. My daughter was very much like yours because she never wanted me around, so I just served them food and hung around.

For breakfast I had donuts delivered and we opened presents.

Hope this helps!

One of my friends did I spa party for like her 12th bday 3 years ago. It was really fun. You just look up some recipes for like some skin cleansing stuff, and they could do their nails and stuff. But if some parents aren't too up for their girls wearing makeup, then you could go to a movie, or like crazy pins or something like that.
hope I helped:)

Theme-maybe couuuld dress up as move characters, and watch a film with each one of the characters in, buy some fizzy pop, sweets and maybe even a pizza or something like that and they couuld all have a move night?
I'm not too sure as I don't have any children, hope I've helped!

Mee!:)

Alright, well what if you went ice skating? Most people (in colder climates) have ice skates and if not, i don't think it's too much to rent skates. For a theme, what about... Skater girl? Or if your daughter really likes ... say avril or some other more famous music person .. you could base a theme off of them.

I was going to say chocolate party but oh well :)
What about:-
Pyjamas party?
you could have movies, popcorn, snacks, covers, pillows, face masks
:D?

How about a favorite tv show as a theme? You could buy decorations & party favors to go with it, and as well as play some games, AND WATCH IT a bit when they start to get tired.

Are they into music? You could have a cd burning/ipod loading party. Theme everything with music stuff...etc. My sister did this for her 13th bday and the girls had a lot of fun!

Bring them to McDonald's.
