Put them in a colander under cold running water. They'll thaw out quickly.

Cover them with water in a bowl and plastic wrap and nuke them for 1-2 minutes then plunge them into ice water. Viola'-- shrimp for cocktail.

Aren't U suppose to boil the shrimp for the cocktail?
