Games - have everyone bring a favorite game to play, just pick them randomly.
Movie night/pajama party
Sports/outdoors event, play some soccer, frisbee, whatever. Maybe go play paintball (more expensive, though).
well you could do a Hawaiian theme or just a party with no theme, just have food, music, and decorations. don't worry, party's are great when they don't have theme! o and happy birthday!
a sleepover or pool party sounds fun!
