You're having a party for me? That's so sweet! You know I love Mexican food and you can prepare a lot for very little money

Fill a half-sheet pan with your favorite basic tortilla chip and pour over seasoned ground beef and a cheese sauce with salsa and you have nachos for 10

Do-it-yourself taco bar: Since ground beef is on the nachos, consider getting a few fillets of Ahi tuna and doing fresh tuna tacos. The fillets can be barely seared and sliced very thin. Offer rinsed canned black beans, salsa, tender cabbage, and mayonnaise to accompany

An easy bean dip is 1 can of refried beans and 1 can of whole beans, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1 cup sour cream and 1 minced sweet onion combined in a pie plate and baked untimoltenon.

Quesadillas are as easy as shredding cheese, but you can get a rotisserie chicken for barely any money and a couple of your favorite chilies. Shred the chicken and put inside flour tortillas with shredded pepper-jack cheese and top with thinly sliced chilies or pickled jalapenos, fold and bake until the cheese melts

the mexican idea sounded pretty good, you can always try whole food market stores or walmart or trader joes. you know you can also try to make some deals with pizzerias, the ones in my state cater for low prices with all kinds of pizzas and calzones and salads that everyone can enjoy.

This would be nice to have before the Birthday Cake as like a snack. Chocolate Molten Lava Cake. It's very easy to make. Just follow the cake mix directions and then watch this video for the rest. It looks very easy to make. You can make this and you will have enough for 12 people if you use this cupcake pan.
