Different foods from around the world to cook for my birthday party?!

Question: Different foods from around the world to cook for my birthday party?
I am turning 17 the end of the month, and i was going to have a few girlfriends over for dinner instead of going out to dinner and spending money that i don't need to. So i thought it would be great to make different little appetizers from around the world. anyone have some awesome ideas for for food, theme, and other little things that could make my birthday great? thanks :)

prawn toast
onion bhajii
garlic bread
fajita wraps ( chopped to bite size)
samosas
chopped german sausage
chicken tikka bites
spring rolls
suchi
sausage rolls
chippolatas
mini pizzas
dips like guacamoli, sour cream and chive, spicy tomato relish

And the party could be called 'Around the world in eighty days'
you could put little flags next to the food to say what it is eg. chinese, italian, german
Or flags around your room, if you cant buy them make them

you know you can have different platters from mexico, japan, russian, etc.
so mexican could be tacos, quesedillas, chips with different salsas and guacamole
japan: you can purchase frozen edimame in a supermarket ready to microwave, they are crunch soybeans, and you can actually make your own sushi, asian markets or online sell seaweed rollers that go along with rice and fishe
russian: buy black bread and other various types of breads with various types of cheeses and coldcuts and have them laid out on a plate, also i love potato salad and sour cabbage and pickled mushrooms :]
