something like Kitch's kitchen is a little cliched, and doesnt really suggest the exclusivity that you wish to promote, but play on words seldom does
its natural to want your name involved when you start a new venture, but not always prudent

Rather use a business name that accurately and appealingly describes your business and forget about including surnames etc.
