What are Good colleges in upstate New York where a lot of parties go on?!
I'm a junior in high skool and when I got to college I wanna be away from home but not to far away but I also want to go to a good college but where a lot of parties go on

Ask your parents who are footing the bill. I'm sure they help in your mature decision...
Sounds like you want to go to college for all the wrong reasons....be away from home and to party. College is extremely expensive and you should remember the real reason why you will be going...to get a good education. I assume from your attitude that you will not be paying for this yourself. Discuss your choices and reasons for going with your parents.
