hang up black tarps or large, cut open black trash bags and hang all over the walls (you could also use those cheap vinyl tablecloths). hang up a disco ball, strobe light, black lights, color strobes. hand out lots of glowsticks. make glow in the dark punch: combine 1 pkg light colored koolaid with 1 c sugar and 1 2-liter of soda. Add a couple glowsticks and ta-duh! blow up tons of balloons and have them on the floor. maybe rent a big stereo system? get a bubble machine! a lot of night clubs here have them. set up beer pong and play with punch or ginger ale (unless your parents are cool with a little underage drinking).
birthdaypartyideas.com has a ton more ideas. look up rave parties or vegas parties, you can get good multi-theme ideas from those types of parties.
****edit: forgot to add: most nightclubs don't serve food, but some have pretzels, peanuts, popcorn, etc. I would go with chips and dip, cookies, cake (hey- it's a birthday!), maybe some crackers wit cut up cheese and meat (ham, turkey, salami, what have you). typical snack food. and hello, what's a party without PIZZA!

christmas lights along the walls would work good, and dim the lights, maybe turn off one or two, not to many cause people need to see
get glow sticks to give out
dancing of course, play good music, and have a area to dance in so it feels like a club, another space for seating, food and so on
food finger foods, pizza, chips, nuts, and a punch bowl and pop
have a dance off, you and two other friends can be judges, and have a little prize for the winner

strobe light, black lights, but don't over do it.
finger foods?
and since your 15, non alcoholic stuff like get a big punch bowl or something
