Question: Sweet 16 Dinner Birthday!? (Fancy?
I really want to have a restaurant party. I live in the D.C. area and i want a restaurant that is fancy so we can dress up but at the same time not too expensive. My first choice was to do Texas de Brazil but for dinner it would be 450 and thats not including tip or drinks and i have to pay half of it. And im not interested in the melting pot at all! im kinda looking for a buffet style. So any ideas?? please help!!

I don't think you will find a really fancy buffet..BUT...you could still ask your guests to dress up and reserve a room at a buffet. I would suggest Phillips Seafood at 900 Water Street, SW

It might be easier just to throw a house party and if you buy a keg that will cost you only around $100 including the keg deposit, if you return it afterward thats like a total of $70. That would be a lot easier and probably more fun
