Hi my cousin is turning 13 next month and me and her are very close and she wants me to pick the idea of her party i was thinking of a spa party but when my mom looked at the prices they were a little steep so i was thinking of a fun idea to do that is fun. Thank You

P.S she does not want a sleep over so if you have any ideas that will realy help thanks
