I've never heard of such a thing. I would think not because no business wants to be sued. It's called assault and you can go to jail for that.

i live in ct and i wish i knew of some around here cause i think it would be funny but there is a resturant called rj gators that used to pie people for 5 dollars they had locations in FL and some other southern states hopefully there may be one near you.

I wouldn't suggest that unless you're looking to make someone mad. It's no fun being embarrassed like that on your birthday in public!
