any suggestions for a valentines dinner?!

I'm trying to get a surprise valentines dinner this Saturday night for my parents. We live in the Riverside area in So cal and both my parents are hispanic, so i need help in finding some type of restaurant where they play spanish music (not like banda more like mariachi or they have a trio something different). I feel my parents really deserve this and need this romantic evening. So please if anyone can help me with this i would appreciate it.
