Will "heat retentive plates" make good "steak plates"?!

Question:

Will "heat retentive plates" make good "steak plates"?

Heat retentive plates can be preheated in just one minute, stay hot for 30 minutes (still hot after 1/2 hour) and can be handled by the rim with your bare hands (rim remains cool).
If you preheat them 1:15 minutes, they stay hot for 45 minutes.

Where do you get these plates???

no because as your eating your steak it will keep cooking. If you make a steak medium rare then at the end of the meal it will be well done.
