I am having a birthday party & needs tons of ideas & themes! Anything will be helpful(:?!

THEME: BARBIE
Idea uno: I don't want to say dance party, but yeah. Blast the music, have cupcakes, chips, drinks, and pizza, a few games, and a dance-off.
Idea dos: Go to a salon with a few close friends and get your hair or nails done! its easy to find some cheaper places to do it, and your friends will have a blast!
Idea tres: If your birthday is this week, have a valentines day themed party! It could be really cute, and since it is Co-Ed, ya might end up playing spin the bottle ;).
Idea cuatro: Now, this is what i'm doing. Watch a scary movie, then have a late night scavenger hunt! The boys can go home and then you can have a sleepover with your girlies!
Just make sure to have fun, and make the night all about you!

im 22 and still have parties that include these things.
1. You could have a barbaque in your backyard, burgers, hot dogs, fries, salad, fruit, etc. Since you want to keep it low budget, you could set up some speakers back there and have a playlist of songs on your iPod to keep playing. But something to think about would be renting a DJ. Some fun things to do: water balloon fight, pinata, and if you are adventurous you could play tag football! Make sure to have a desert table too, and have snacks out at all times. You don't want your guests to go hungry!
2. You could also have the party inside, like if you have a finished basement. If you have a ping pong or air hockey table you could have a tournament on those. Put purple fabric up on the wall or even purple paper, which you could have your guests sign with silver sharpies. Get pizza and snacks. Cupcakes are always a good idea, with purple frosting(:
3. If you decide to just have girls over, you could have a spa day (at home to keep it low budget). Give each other facials, paint nails, etc. You could also decorate cupcakes with sprinkles & different colored frosting. Watch a chic-flick & then sleepover. I know you said you are not a girly girl but I think you would have fun hosting this party(:
