well you can get black and pink tablecloths , buy some pink plastic martin cups , pink and black balloons, and maybe even some pink and black dessert like a cake with pink frosting and black writing on it with icing.

Make the party area "interesting to the eye": you don't necessarily have to use just solid pink&black...try using some patterned fabric with those colors for a tablecloth (shop fabric dept, buy cheap, cut with pinking shears to trim)--set table w/both p&b plates, cups, silverware, napkins (Or here again, cut 12in squares from fabric and fold up napkins)...wrap silverware in them...ideas for folding:

Fill the room with P&B balloons...in air with ribbons hanging down...hang streamers in both colors twisted from doorways and around the room.

Make candles for table or party area: use large glass vases, fill with tinted pink water, set a tea light to float in it (carefully): decorate vase using masks for light to shine through>>embellish with sequins, jewels, bells, glitter, etc. Secure around vase by gluing a rubber band to mask and fitting around vase. Punch a hole in top left corner(facing you) of mask and string pink, black curling ribbons trailing down with small bells. Glue large feather plumes behind the hole on the mask.

Take a large section of a wall and tape pink and black paper plates on it, alternately in rows... Then on each one, either write the name of a song or glue on a pic of song...this link has list of songs with the word "pink" in them:

Using clear cello wrap paper, fill with black &pink jelly eggs and tie with ribbon for each guest...set up a candy buffet using clear glass apothecary jars filled with pink sweets like gumdrops, bubblegum, cotton candy balls, pink marshmallows and taffy. Mix black licorice with the pink candy.

Have guests dress: guys black pants and either black or pink polo or dress shirt, black tie; girls, black dress or pink top and black bottoms.

That is awesome! If I were you I would cover the walls in black paper, and put vertical pink stripes on it. When the guests get to your house they could sign the walls with silver sharpies! You could rent black lights and blast music, you could even rent a DJ if you wanted. You could put up black & pink streamers in the doorways also. You could tell your guests to wear black & pink only and it would be fun to give them slippers when they came in, that are black & pink! They could wear them around the house. For food & drinks, serve them on pink plates & cups and instead of having a cake, get one of those fancy cupcake holders and put chocolate cupcakes, with pink frosting on it. Serve strawberry ice cream, pink or strawberry lemonade, strawberry-banana smoothies, etc. It will be fantastic!

Get heaps of pink and black balloons, try and get them filled up with helium instead of air, it's more fun because lots of people tend to suck in the helium if you do make them helium. Anyway, you can try and make little cupcakes with pink and black icing and ones with the black icing have pink sprinkles and ones with the pink icing can have black sprinkles. Try and get things like pink and black tinsel and wrap them around chairs and around other stuff if possible. You can also make the dress code black for guys and pink for girls, and get plastic plates black and pink. Also get pink cordial, and creaming soda, stuff like that. Be creative, hope it helped.

OMG ME TOO!!! but im turning 12, but what i wanted was to put up like crazy string or streamers that are black and pink, then have like everyone either wear black or pink and have bubblegum-like soda and black cupcakes and i wanted a black base cake with pink polka-dots :)
