Who would you like to meet?!

Question: Who would you like to meet?
Which television chef(s) would you like to meet - and why? (They may have their own program, or maybe they've simply been featured through some other show.)
Me: Chuck Hughes ("Chuck's Day Off")... he cooks for persons or groups that have helped him or that he appreciates. I like his Canadian accent, too.
Robert Irvine ("Dinner Impossible", "Worst Cooks in America", "Restaurant Impossible")... not only has he been sought after by The White House, but anybody who knows how to plan for an umpteen amount of people has got to be interesting to talk with and learn from. Maybe he could prepare a dinner for Me!

I'd love to meet Lidia Matticchio Bastianich, or any of the chefs on America's Test Kitchen.

Michael Smith from Canada. He is a kind person, he doesn't shout all over the kitchen like what Gordon Ramsay does. His cooking is simple and creative.

Alton Brown, I believe people are able to learn a lot about foods and cooking from Alton. For instant, his show "Good Eats" is full of knowledge on foods.

Chuck Hughes, he looks kind and his cooking is creative and wow with some unique cooking techniques.

Mario Batali, you will able to learn a lot about Italian dishes from him, you can mastered the arts of pastas.

Gabriel Gate, he is french. I like his accent. He used to be on Australian tv.
