I wanna cook a nice dinner for my boyfriend. He's coming home this weekend and i wanna make it special, I dont wanna over do my cash by going out though. Whst r some good dinner ideas... note he love seafood and pasta and i would need a full detailed recipe...thanks a bunch!

I had tuna while in Costa Rica that was amazing. You dont have to cook it much at all. Not sure about the rest of the meal... served over rice would work, with a bottle of nice red wine.
