Thats easy.
Remove the roof of the building. Hover over with a very large helicopter (sea king type with a winch) and lift away.
Empy coinage, return machines and replace roof.

Funny you should ask. I just got back from Vegas and this it what I learned:
Do not stay at Sam's Town the food sucks more than the people working there.
Do not keep sticking 100's into the slot machine because the medicine your doctor gave you for your injured back keeps telling you, stick 1 more in it will hit this time.
Do not drink on top of that medicine, the warning label is not a suggestion
Do not keep putting more 100's in the machine because you thought it was a suggestion, not a warning.
Do not go to Vegas and put 2,340.00 into a slot machine because it will NEVER pay off.
