Question: Weathering a cast iron skillet?
Does anuone know how to weather a cast iron skillet, mine needs it, its been in the basment for god knows how long?

Answers:

coat it with oil first then fill it almost full with water and add some salt to it. bring it to a rolling boil and turn the heat off and lt it cool. Then it's ready
