FootBall Party???

My crew likes these! Enjoy!

Sausage Balls

1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
Tabasco to taste

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Combine and shape into 1 inch balls. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Can be frozen before baking. Bake frozen.

Buffalo Wings

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (about 12 to 15 wings)
4 tbsp. (2 oz.) Durkee Red Hot! sauce (for hotter wings, use up to 3/4 c.- the amount used in Buffalo
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted

No fry method: Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry. Place on baking pan. Bake wings, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and place in container. Combine hot sauce and butter; pour over chicken wings. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. Turn several times.
Before serving, broil wings 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side, turning until brown and crisp and brushing often with reserved marinade. Brush with any remaining marinade just before serving.

Deep-fry method (Original Buffalo Style) : Split wings at each joint and discard tips; at dry. Deep fry at 400 degrees (high) for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy. Drain. Combine hot sauce and butter. Toss wings in sauce to coat completely. Makes 24 to 30 individual pieces.

Beef Logs

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 pkg. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. dried beef, finely snipped
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/3 c. stuffed green olives

Blend cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and horseradish. Stir in olives. Shape into two (6 inch) rolls. Chill overnight. Roll each log in snipped dried beef. Serve with assorted crackers.

Can't go wrong w/ a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken or their bbq wings.

Hot wings, fried chicken tenders, seven layer taco dip w/chips or seafood salad (no imitation meat) w/crackers. How about homemade brownies or cookies for dessert.

This is a very simple recipe but really great. I make it for football parties and it dissappears.
1 jar salsa
1 can white meat chicken
1 can refried beans
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread beans into the bottom of a baking dish (I use a deep pie plate)
Mix Salsa with chicken and pour over beans
sprinkle with cheese
bake in 350 oven for approximately 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips
Enjoy!

Stop by the grocery's deli for some Fried Chicken or wings. If you have a Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooter's nearby call in an order of 50 wings (or more depending on how many people) to go. Or how about a big bowl of peanuts or almonds. Chips and salsa/dip. Or how about those pizza rolls you find in the frozen food ailse at the grocery.
