Fruit punch and cookies.

Free Refreshments means light drinks and food. Typically nonalcoholic drinks such as water, juice, soda/pop and coffee or tea. For non-drinks, typically pretzels, chips, fruit, usually sliced, sometimes whole, little sandwiches, bagels, pastries, cookies, maybe a simple appetizer, crackers, cheese, spread.

Hope this helps!

I work with a catering company we always serve freshments such as what I mentioned above for coporate events!
