Should everything match at a birthday party for children?!

Question:

Should everything match at a birthday party for children?

My sons' (a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old) birthday is in a month and we are doing John Deere theme. Should everything match? ie. Serving utensils, serving bowls...The table cloths, plates, cups, bowls forks, spoons and goodie bags will all match..but I am trying to find Green or Yellow serving spoons and forks with no luck? Any advice appreciated..

Answers:
Just use white...it matches everything...and honestly do you really think that if your forks and spoons dont match any body is going to care...your guests are there for your baby not your forks and spoons

Don't worry about the serving spoons and forks. I guarantee no one is going to even notice if they don't match.

it doesnt matter if its not a match (for the children)..they wouldnt know.. as long as they see bright color, they will be enjoying themselves..

Here is what I found online

They have good prices and a big selection.

just get them in white.. its arite since the rest of the stuff is green and yellow

They make them in clear as well..

Actually it is not really that important to make everything match for a 1year or 2 year old birthday party. To be honest the boy is not going to remember the event in future years nor will any of the other children attending. On the other hand you might as well start matching now so that you do not get lazy for future birthday party's. But, if you are worried about what adults are going to think that attend and you can afford the extra money right now. Might as well make it all match. Besides it will also give you the opportunity to get out of the house and go shopping. If your like most women you will enjoy that. As far as the serving spoons and forks. As long as you use the same color like black or white, or actual silverware for that matter it really will not matter if it matches the other decorations. Hope the party goes well...

I would just go with white. That matches the John Deer them. They are not old enough that is really matter anyway. I would not worry about it.
