BBQ themed

I'm a huge BBQer in the summer and I know what you mean. Last summer, I did a cuban themed BBQ and man it was a success. The best recipe was for cuban pork chops on the grill stuffed with ham and cheese and soaked in awesome spices! Found that recipe on foodtv.com along with some other nice cuban recipes that went along perfect. Also, if you like making your own sauces for some other dishes the website below has plenty of bbq sauce recipes as well.

Do a picnic theme. Have red and white checkered table cloths, candles, picnic baskets filled with the condiments and silverware in the middle of the tables. And have chocolate covered ants for the dessert.

Ermm Garden Party themed? Fairy lights, flowers, pretty garden.
