What type of party would a twenty-five year old like?!

This guy is going to be twenty-five. He is into cars, especially high class, power ones, such as Lamborghini. He loves to eat exotic foods, Greek, Persian, so forth. In addition, he likes to sing, dance (Latin or ballroom), and play air hockey as well as some kind of hunting game—I do not know the name of the game. Also, he likes to play and watch sports, mainly soccer and snowboarding and enjoys listening to comedy. He does not drink or go to nightclubs. He is a true gentleman. One more thing, he enjoys going to new places, and he lives in LA.

Questions: What is a good place to take him for his birthday, which is only a few weeks away? I would like to take him to a beautiful, enjoyable location, but I do not know where to go. I have no idea; I am new to LA.
Also, What should be the entertainment of the evening? He is a little all over the place in preference, so a few suggestions will be nice.
Lastly, he enjoys hanging out with some of his coworkers. Would it be a good idea to invite them to the party?

I am no billionaire, so I cannot afford to pay expensive tabs. Therefore, please try to keep the suggestions in a moderate price range, and if there are any free events in LA during the month of March, I really love to know about them.
