Question: In Minnesota can the bars serve me at midnight on my 21st birthday?
My birthday is tomorrow Feb 19th and I want to go out tonight at midnight so it would be midnight morning of my birthday. Can the bars serve alcohol to me. I have been hearing a few different things so I want to be sure.
