You could watch all the disney Princess movies. If you would prefer games you can do normal party games but you can change the name- Musical chairs could be Musical Thrones. Another idea is a scavenger hunt. You can buy cheap crowns and make up kits etc and write your friends name on a post it note and stick it the thing you bought. Make one per friend that way everyone gets something.

dollar store get some tiaras, and sashes, and use those for decoration, and get a sash that says happy birthday on them, or birthday girl. don't forget a princess like dress.

think pink, and i would say white and blue as well, use those for decoration colours, and food colours
as for activities, you could do guess the princess, have some clues

Well you can get some things from the dollar store like a tiara, a sash, all those decorations.
Do makeovers, wear a nice dress
Make some nice cupcakes, and maybe some yummy smoothie shakes.
Paint each others nails and do your hair.
