I am having our son's 1st birthday and want to do a cheerios theme party but need ideas to pull it off?!

haha a Cheerios theme! Why not a Fruit Loops theme? Or a Lucky Charms theme? LOL

Make chex party mix but replace 1/2 the chex with honey nut cheerios. I is yummy.

Make rice krispie treats but use cherrios.

Make a round cake with a hole in the center use a spice cake for color. Make a glaze with mil or water and powdered sugar to make forsted cheerios.

Cheerio garlands to hang arouf the house. Or make neclaces out of cheerios. Or if there are other kids that re coming that are older let them make thier own necklace.

You can usew the boxes insome way to decorate. Buy boxes of idividual serving size cheerios to give out to other kids that may come.

Have lots of milk to drink.


I like your idea.

Get some cardboard, paper, cheerios, and cake.
You cut the card board into cheerio-shaped decorations and hang them around the house.
Make paper hats and draw cheerios on them (maybe draw the cheerios before making the hat)
Make a cake...shaped like a cheerio.
And a main course meal of cheerios and milk.
